Fan-tastic Clean AZ LLC- Terms and Conditions

1. Service Scope

Fan-Tastic Clean AZ LLC. provides professional cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties. Our services include ceiling fan cleaning, air filter replacement (with either customer-provided filters or filters we can supply for an additional fee), AC vent cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, light fixture cleaning, iron door cleaning, and water softener salt pellet delivery and assistance (using bags provided by the customer or supplied by us for an additional fee). All services are limited to cleaning and assistance only; we do not perform electrical work, repairs, or installations. Additional charges may apply for oversized, heavily soiled, or difficult-to-access fixtures.

2. Payment Policy

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. Fan-Tastic Clean AZ accepts cash, credit or debit cards, Zelle, and personal checks payable to Fan-Tastic Clean AZ LLC.

    Returned Check Fee
    Any check returned by the bank due to insufficient funds or any other reason will incur a $25 returned check fee. The customer is responsible for the original payment amount plus the returned check fee. Fan-Tastic Clean AZ reserves the right to require future payments to be made using cash, card, or other guaranteed funds.

  • Failure to pay may result in additional charges and refusal of future services.

3. Theft of Services Notice

Please note that under Arizona law, specifically Arizona Revised Statute (ARS) § 13-1802, theft of services is a criminal offense. This includes knowingly obtaining services without payment, or by misrepresentation, force, or other unlawful means. Depending on the value of the services involved, theft of services may be classified as a misdemeanor or felony.

Fan-Tastic Clean AZ LLC. reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including criminal prosecution and civil recovery, in cases where services are obtained unlawfully or without payment.

4.Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

  • If we arrive and are unable to perform the service due to lack of access or other preventable reasons, a trip fee may apply.

5.Service Terms

Our cleaning services are limited to the tasks outlined in your booking or service agreement.

  • Fan cleaning does not include repairs or electrical work.

  • Additional charges may apply for oversized, heavily soiled, or difficult-to-reach fixtures.

  • We use eco-friendly products safe for families and pets, unless otherwise requested.

6.Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Discounts & Promotions

  • Discounts apply only to recurring service plans unless otherwise noted.

  • Promotions and special offers cannot be combined.

  • Veterans must present proof of status to receive veteran-specific discounts or free services.

8. Access and Safety

  • Clients must provide safe and clear access to the fans at the scheduled time.

  • Please secure pets during the appointment for their safety and ours.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the work area is unsafe or inaccessible.

9. Liability

Fan-tastic Clean AZ is bonded and insured. We take great care to avoid damage, but we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, fragile fixtures, or improper installations.

Clients are responsible for informing us of any known issues or damage prior to service.

10. Photo and Media Consent

By receiving our services, you grant Fan-Tastic Clean AZ permission to take and use before-and-after photos of the serviced areas for quality assurance and marketing purposes.
No personal information or identifiable customer details (such as addresses, faces, or license plates) will be shared.

11. Service Area

We currently serve the East Valley, including Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Sun Lakes, Ahwatukee, Queen Creek and Maricopa.

Additional fees may apply for service outside our standard coverage area.

12. Changes to Terms

Fan-tastic Clean AZ LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available upon request or on our website.

Dryer Vent Cleaning – (Arizona)

By scheduling or receiving dryer vent cleaning services from Fan-Tastic Clean AZ LLC, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

1. Scope of Service

Our dryer vent cleaning service includes complete lint and debris removal from the dryer, cleaning from thedryer connection through to the exterior exhaust termination, before-and-after airflow checks to confirm improved performance, and video inspection to help identify visible clogs, crushed lines, or restricted airflow, where accessible.

Services are limited strictly to cleaning and visual inspection. Fan-Tastic Clean AZ LLC does not perform repairs, alterations, replacements, or installation work on dryers, venting systems, or related components.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

Dryer vent cleaning is a preventative maintenance service intended to improve airflow and reduce lint accumulation. No guarantee or warranty is made or implied regarding the prevention of fires, appliance malfunction, energy efficiency, or future performance. Results may vary based on system design, appliance condition, usage, and maintenance history.

3. Pre-Existing and Concealed Conditions

Fan-Tastic Clean AZ LLC is not responsible for conditions that existed prior to service, including but not limited to damaged, crushed, disconnected, improperly installed, excessively long, concealed, or non-code-compliant vent systems. Cleaning may expose pre-existing defects or weaknesses in older or deteriorated materials.

4. Accessibility and Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing safe, clear, and reasonable access to the dryer and vent termination point. Appliances must be movable if required. Service may be limited or declined if conditions are unsafe or inaccessible. Fan-Tastic Clean AZ LLC is not responsible for delays or incomplete service caused by restricted access.

5. Video Inspection Disclaimer

Video inspections are provided for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for a licensed appliance, HVAC, or building inspection. Observations are limited to visible conditions and may not identify hidden or future issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Arizona law, Fan-Tastic Clean AZ LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including property damage or appliance failure resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or continued use of the dryer system after service.

7. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is disclosed prior to the appointment. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional charges may apply for excessive lint buildup, multiple vent lines, roof access, extended labor time, or conditions outside the standard scope of service.

8. Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations or rescheduling require reasonable advance notice. Same-day cancellations or failure to provide access at the scheduled time may result in a service or trip fee.

9. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within Arizona.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling or receiving dryer vent cleaning services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
