Fan-tastic Clean AZ LLC- Terms and Conditions

1. Service Scope

Fan-Tastic Clean AZ LLC. provides professional cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties. Our services include ceiling fan cleaning, air filter replacement (with either customer-provided filters or filters we can supply for an additional fee), AC vent cleaning, light fixture cleaning, iron door cleaning, and water softener salt pellet delivery and assistance (using bags provided by the customer or supplied by us for an additional fee). All services are limited to cleaning and assistance only; we do not perform electrical work, repairs, or installations. Additional charges may apply for oversized, heavily soiled, or difficult-to-access fixtures.

2. Payment Policy

  • Payment is due in full at the time of service, unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payments.

  • Failure to pay may result in additional charges and refusal of future services.

3. Theft of Services Notice

Please note that under Arizona law, specifically Arizona Revised Statute (ARS) § 13-1802, theft of services is a criminal offense. This includes knowingly obtaining services without payment, or by misrepresentation, force, or other unlawful means. Depending on the value of the services involved, theft of services may be classified as a misdemeanor or felony.

Fan-Tastic Clean AZ LLC. reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including criminal prosecution and civil recovery, in cases where services are obtained unlawfully or without payment.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

  • If we arrive and are unable to perform the service due to lack of access or other preventable reasons, a trip fee may apply.

5. Service Terms

Our cleaning services are limited to the tasks outlined in your booking or service agreement.

  • Fan cleaning does not include repairs or electrical work.

  • Additional charges may apply for oversized, heavily soiled, or difficult-to-reach fixtures.

  • We use eco-friendly products safe for families and pets, unless otherwise requested.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Discounts & Promotions

  • Discounts apply only to recurring service plans unless otherwise noted.

  • Promotions and special offers cannot be combined.

  • Veterans must present proof of status to receive veteran-specific discounts or free services.

8. Access and Safety

  • Clients must provide safe and clear access to the fans at the scheduled time.

  • Please secure pets during the appointment for their safety and ours.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the work area is unsafe or inaccessible.

9. Liability

Fan-tastic Clean AZ is bonded and insured. We take great care to avoid damage, but we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, fragile fixtures, or improper installations.

Clients are responsible for informing us of any known issues or damage prior to service.

10. Service Area

We currently serve the East Valley, including Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and Maricopa.

Additional fees may apply for service outside our standard coverage area.

11. Changes to Terms

Fan-tastic Clean AZ LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available upon request or on our website.
